D. Restoration of Removed Material

If Proxnbashop.com receives a valid Counter Notice, we may notify the original complainant and restore the material within 10 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

E. Misrepresentation and Termination Policy

Under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, knowingly submitting false information may result in liability. Proxnbashop.com reserves the right to terminate access for users determined to be repeat infringers.
